What is Delta 8 THC Flower and is it legal?

Delta 8 THC Flower is a 100% legal hemp derived psychoactive cannabinoid that is similar to the Delta 9 THC found in traditional cannabis, however, it has about 50% of the potency. We are skeptical of most of the Delta-8 products found on the market today therefore we do not offer Delta-8 in any form. Please note that any advertised “Delta-8 Flower” is nothing more than hemp flower sprayed over with Delta-8 derived oil. Since this is not a natural occurrence for smokeable flower we will continue to follow more research before Delta 8 becomes one of our offerings.
